Hahahahahahahaha So Feelgood's is now known as Vamp'd? WTF? So now I guess it's only owned by Count Cool Rider? Spoooooooky! I guess Vince Neil needed to free up some cash to take care of his loss of income during his upcoming jail stint? hee hee hee How does that jackass get away with what he does? Incredible, to say the least. Anyways, at Vamp'd there's lots of Punk and Metal gigs now lined up, which is always the sign of a club hitting hard times. I think the same thing is happening @ The Black Door, Dave Navarro's bad idea directly next to the Double Down. When those type of bands are allowed in a venue, things are not going good. :-) Anyways, Feelgood's is now Vamp'd. Who knows what The Black Door is going to end up being called. Maybe the Coke Store? ;-)

I think this is the last of the video footage from the Aluminum Falcon gig on the 16th @ the LVCS. It's for the last song we played called Battlelines. Special Thanks to N.J. Pete for filming it.

So who's going to the Big 4 concert in Indio, CA.? Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax? If you are I'd like to slap you in the face. Big Raul, I'm looking in your direction. ;-) Hahahaha I saw that same line up back in what, 1991, at Irvine Meadows. Alice In Chains opened. Wasn't that good then, I doubt it will be that good 20 years later. And speaking of 20 years later, Guns And Roses will be eligible for the Rock And Roll Crock of Shame next year. Man I feel old.

Lots and lots of shit going on this weekend, of course, like the Toasters gig @ the Bunkhouse, the almighty Motörhead @ the HOB, TheCore and I Am The Thief @ Meatheads, Three Rounds @ LVCS, and some other gigs I'm totally not remembering right now. It's all on the Gig Calendar. Look it up yourself ya lazy bastards. I'm getting ready for the Sharks / Kings game tonight, so things are a bit fuzzy green right now, but I'm taking all bets and collecting all debts from all you suckaaaaah Kings fans! Your 2 game winning streak ends tonight! hahahaha Everything is updated - old stuff just keeps getting added, and new stuff just keeps getting ignored. In other words, everything is normal around these parts. Strange, right? See you at the gigs!

All Nightmare Long

It's that time of year, where Bands and Musicians come together to do what they can in order to help those less fortunate than themselves, which, when you think about it, is saying a lot, because most people in Bands are pretty close to being in the poorhouse themselves! You got shows like this one happening tonight @ the LVCS to help poor children in Africa have well water.

And then tomorrow night's the Local 107.9 Holiday Toy Drive @ the Bunkhouse with the Mapes, Unfair Fight and the Remedies. Nothing With Numbers is no longer playing the gig, due to someone in the band being sick. 107.9 is a radio station, right? Who the Hell still listens to terrestrial radio anymore? Satellite radio rules the wasteland! LOL

And then on Saturday, it's a Holiday Benefit Show for buying some kids in need some much deserved toys for Christmas. The Dirty Panties, the Quitters, Betting On Tomorrow and the Vegascendents will be playing. Bring lots of cash to buy raffle tickets for a chance to win some of the cool swag being given away. Vegascendents play first.

It's not a Holiday gig in any way, shape or form, but Lydia Vance is playing the Brass Lounge with The Thought Of and Asterionella. I Am The Thief was supposed to play but, in keeping with their recent ways of getting on the bill and then canceling weeks later, they're not gonna make it to the gig. Booooooooooooo.

And all of this adds up to a very busy weekend indeed, with those who need help this time of year getting a little something something to get them through the Holidays. Pretty cool, right? Tonight's the Sharks @ Buffalo game, with the festivities going down @ the Hotel Amoroso, which is slowly becoming the most happening place in town to see and be seen at. ;-) I'm glad the clientele is as exclusive as it is there. I can only imagine what would happen if anyone and everyone started showing up there. Come on by and watch as the King lauds proudly and loudly over the Prince while his beloved Sharks attack and destroy the Princes lowly Sabres on their home ice. This victory will be oh, so sweet!
