I finally made it to the Hammer House... Yeah!! The Hammer House Rules! A little wooden shed in the middle of a junk yard... what a deal. It sure was friggin' cold out there though, but thanx to everyone that made the trek for the show... you people rock! The turnout was pretty good, considering the fact that SOMEONE (who shall remain nameless) didn't even make fliers for this gig, even though it was HER birthday party, which kinda sucked for the touring bands, but oh well. It was a pretty cool show and almost all the bands were good. Read the Show Review here to find out which ones SUCKED and which ones were just OK). I only had one question though: Where was the cake & ice cream at damnit? Ya know, I couldn't help but notice as I was smoking and drinking myself silly that the majority of people who were there were regular posters on Airbag. Whether this was a good thing or a bad thing I'm not sure. I was also having fun putting faces to the names I see posting on their regularly... like Marco and his flock of birds which live in his beard (dude, I got that Plugz CD burned for ya... it's at Headquarters) and Stu Folsom, who is a very nice guy. No fights. No drama. Just a bunch of freaks and weirdo's getting together to check out some bands, drink some beers and have fun. Big thanx to the Hammer House crew for giving us the opportunity to get together and rock the fuck out. Cool place... cool people... I liked it
