Happy New Year!!!
It's like 4 in the morning, I'm buzzed, watching Colors, recording Cheech & Chong's Next Movie for later viewing, and I'm just out of my mind in elation right now. Sin is asleep on the couch and my belly is full from turkey tacos and waaaaaayyy too much Jagermeister. I had the greatest New Year's Eve ever, and I hope you all did too. I did nothing and everything, if you know what I mean. ;-) I haven't been too neglectful in getting shit done for the website, and when I get the time, I'm gonna add it all up here. There's lots of new stuff on here, and it will all go live sometime soon. Raise your glasses in a toast to what the future may bring - Cheers! If those crazy Mayans and their pyramid building UFO friends were right in their predictions for this being the last year ever, well then, let's make the most of this year and act like we don't give a fuck and live like we have no cares and love without hesitation or compromise and lastly, let's just have fun. :-) This little scene here in Vegas is all we got, so let's try to make the most of it, OK? Happy New Year everyone. Let's remain optimistic that 2012 is gonna be better than 2011 ever was. It just has to be - right?

It's finally here! The Las Vegas Shake Down 2010 has hit the streets of Sin City and it's like a M-80 has exploded in my pants! This shit is going down Hard & Nasty, like cheap liquor, or like an over-zealous prostitute. If you miss out on seeing the Zeros and the Rip Offs tonight, then you might as well just fuck off right now and go kill yourself immediately if not sooner. I was reminded by Jesse last night of the last time the Rip Offs played here in what, 1994? 1995? At that little Mexican restaurant with Cyanide Blues and Boba Fett Youth (I think)? Oh man was that gig Epic!! What? You weren't there? Of course you weren't, Fagz. You were probably still shitting your pants in kindergarten when that gig went down, or listening to Pearl Jam and thinking you were 'Extreme'. Redeem yourself and see this gig! The Rip Offs are only getting back together to play this gig. You will not be disappointed. Believe that. Stay away from the Beauty Bar at all costs tonight, because it's just a ghey ass Rockasilly happening, but Deadbolt is bad ass though. Saturday is all about the Humpers and the Dragons and the Mau Maus @ the Beauty Bar. Hope you got tickets for that one, because I heard it's SOLD OUT! Deana, I'll be looking at you that night! ;-) If I live through my Beauty Bar experience, I may be laughing at the Poseurs playing there on Sunday, but it's highly doubtful. Anyways, get your ass out to the gigs, get drunk, dance around, and just forget all your troubles and hang ups, even if just for a minute. Music is a Gift. Enjoy the fuck out of it.
The meteor shower was Amazing!! I drove out to Red Rock to take it all in. Beautiful. Just like Gibson's 2nd Birthday party was. 2 for 1 whiskey shots, cake, candy and Raiders football. I'm glad band practice got cancelled, to say the least! LOL The Raiders looked good. Defense was solid, and we actually had a passing threat. Scary. It's a good time of the year. Hope you feel the same.
