I dunno why I haven't updated the website in a while. Just wasn't feeling it. Been busy doing nothing with everyone I can and loving every minute of it. I've been keeping up on what's going on with the Gigs and the Drama, but I just don't give a fuck enough to comment. I'm enjoying my Bohemian summer. I really can't be bothered. There's a super secret Invite Only gig coming up that I may get off my ass and see, with a band who's debut LP I played religiously - well, everyone in L.A. did really - but I may have seen this band once too many times back in the daze, so excuse me if I'm a bit apprehensive and jaded. Gawd, if it's the O.G. lineup from that first LP, I really may have to see them. Other than that, phooey. Keeping my fingers crossed...

I dunno why everyone is acting like Joe Strummer died or something. It was Tony Sly from No Use For A Name, a mediocre band on their best day. I interviewed him once back when they were supporting More Betterness!, and the guy was a prick and he got butt hurt when I told him that their Pogues cover sucked. It was cool, because he was drunk off his ass and trying to act like a Cockstar, but I wasn't impressed - not then, not now. I guess he thought being in a band made him Special or Different than everybody else. Whatever. I hate to speak ill of the dead, but again, I don't get it. Is it a Beardcore thing? Did we lose the Soul of a Poet? I think not. Speaking of Death, here's the new Green Day video. I wish I knew what happened to these guys. OK, it's 99 cent chicken taco day @ Roberto's so I'm gonna go get my grub on before I head out for today's festivities. I just added the last of my nephew Tony's photographic debut work, this time of the band Random Orbits, and you can click here to check those out. Hopefully he shoots some more for the website real, real soon. Oh, and I also posted a Music Review I did for that latest album from The Cult called Choice Of Weapon and you can go here to read it. There - are you happy MF? hahaha
