Megadeth / Kyng @ the House of Booooo's

I took Thursday off from work to see Megadeth. I showed up at the H.O.B. hours early with 5 bux in my pocket ,crumbs of weed, no ticket and high hopes of meeting Megadeth. I was gettin in for sure. I ran into bass player David Ellefson right off the bat, so I continued my gallivanting and 2 hours later I met the one and only Dave Mustaine - really cool fucker right there. I had a good 30 minute chat with the guy. Anyhoo, I sneak into the gig and the opening band Kyng from L.A. were playing. Talented but not really my cup of tea. I ran into some friends and it was showtime for Megadeth. They started the set with Trust and rolled into Hangar 18, then played Countdown To Extinction in it's entirety. I slammed out a few here and there waiting for the good shit, then Dave Ellefson's pummeling bass kicked into Peace Sells and bodies were flying like fucking rag dolls on fire, and last but not least they busted into HOLY WARS!!!!! People went berserk, I was loving it. It was a kick arse show but I wasn't too happy with the ticket prices - 50 dollars - and so were alot of people but hey I got in for free so, FUCK YEAH. And the beer prices, Jesus!!!!!!!!!! ahahahahaha but Hey, it's the House of Boooos so I kinda saw it coming. Overall KILLER SHOW!!!!!! As always, if you weren't there, YOU SUCK hahahahahahahaha
