Oh man... L7 are back and thriving... that's a scary thing! ha ha
This digital only single was just released by the band last month I think, and it's a fucking scorcher. Little bit Stooges, a little bit Nazareth, a little bit Buzzcocks, and a whole lotta attitude, something they've always had in droves. They were gone for a while, and I guess they're back now, all original members, and if this release is a teaser for a new album from these L.A. stalwarts, then L7 has one Hell of an album up their tattooed, tattered and torn sleeves. The 'A' side, I Came Back To Bitch, sounds like classic Bricks Are Heavy era L7, full of crunchy guitars, snotty vocals, hooks galore and plenty of cowbell - YES! ha ha ha Loved that line in the song "You may stun me in the first round / But I'll kick your ass boy". 👍🏽 And the 'B' side of this single, Dispatch From Mar-A-Lago, is a direct jab at the pompous Cheeto in Charge, and it's definitely the better of the 2 songs on here. It's catchy as all gets, a bouncy bass riff powered pop song seeped in 60's girl group harmony vocals that will be stuck in your head for days. "Hey Bro / It's getting real at Mar-A Lago". hahahaha Fuck yeah! The bridge part or whatever it is on here is pretty fucking good. Well played. The production on here is fantastic, the guitars are loud, the bass is thumping, the vocals drip with venom, and the drum are hard hitting - what more do you need from an L7 release! LOL And it's only $2! I mean come on! A buck a song is not bad for 2 fresh L7 songs. Cool stuff. Looking forward to hearing more from the band real soon.

This release is available everywhere, from L7's Bandcamp page (click here), to Apple Music (click here) Don Giovanni Records - on purple vinyl (click here) Spotify (click here) Amazon (click here) and everywhere else Punk music is bought and sold as the cheap disposable commodity that it is.

Uhhhmmmmm... you do realize you're posting on a public forum about being blocked from posting on a public forum... and resorting to tuff-guy keyboard theatrics like a little school girl while doing so... how pathetically stupid are you man?? 😂😂😂
