Hi! My name is Gilbert, and I play drums for The Civilians, among other bands. Perhaps you heard that I was up to all sorts of interstate shenanigans this weekend, the least of which involved pulling a gun on somebody (which I can't own as an ex-felon) @ The Dive bar last Fri. night. There was all sorts of Drama at the gig there, none of which "really" included me, but kind of did, my drumset at least, and somehow ended up with meme's being made of me threatening my safety in various states where idiotic Fakeskins "fans" reside and vowing to ruin my musical "career" by having my hands broken. Ouch! Now, the funny part is, for those of you who hold accountability and responsibility as an asset, is that there was no problem at the gig at all, nope. Seriously! I mean, some roid rage homophobic fascist bully tried to tell me that all the opening bands playing the gig were using my drumset, because "somebody" told him I agreed to do that, and I told him to go stuff it. Even though we had text messages from him saying they had a drumset to use (they were using the rest of The Civilians gear for a backline), he yelled, screamed, bullied, intimidated, wagged his finger in everyone's face for some reason, and then just stormed off in a huff. A drumset magically appeared from somewhere and the gig carried on. End of discussion, or so I thought. I packed up my stuff, hung out for a bit to make sure everything was cool, smoked a clove, then headed off to CA for a Headnoise band practice and gig, which was my plan from the get go. I wasn't hanging around the gig after we played. Fuck that. I had shit to do. I didn't even wanna play the gig in the first place. I mean, who wants to see a bunch of pseudo tough guys playing shitty Metal (badly, I might add) and preaching about 'Unity' like the bunch of hypocrites they are? Not me! So I split, thinking everything was cool. Apparently it wasn't... LOL

I'm at the Headnoise gig the next day in CA when it all starts blowing up. Did you pull a gun on someone last night? Why are the Fakeskins making meme's about you and sharing them on social media? What the hell happened last night? Did you see these? I'm both bemused and befuddled.
What I thought was a closed out subject was now like a scab being pulled from a bleeding wound, and this wound was spewing blood and pus everywhere in multi states. I mean, some guy alluded on FB that he was going to come to the next Headnoise gig (June 25th @ The Dive with Chron Gen, BTW... hahahaha) and shoot me! I mean what the fuck?? Over some misunderstanding about a backline drumkit? hahaha Really? Holy crap I'm getting too old for this shit. LOL And where was all this coming from, and why? Oh, I see! It's from some butt hurt Rockstar's bruised ego, and his inability to apologize for his misunderstanding and intimidation tactics. Got it! hahhaha The aftershock on social media is probably still raging on, with people on both sides of the argument looking petty and childish, and personally I can't be bothered with any of it. I don't give a shit. I don't care. The death threats from the skinhead nation mean about as much to me as any of the death threats I've received before, like the ones from the Local "tattoo artist / musician" that everyone's in love with about how her "Suicidal friends" were going to kill me at the next gig I played in CA. That was like 10 years ago, shall I tell you how that little tale ended up? LOL Look, it's all stupid and I really don't care. Fuck the Fakeskins. Fuck their fans, and fuck all the stupidity that arose from all of this. Watching mold grow on cheese holds more interest to me than getting into it online with a bunch of brainless goon sycophant fans of some lame ass band.
