I've been real busy as of late, so I haven't been able to devote as much time as I'd like to doing the Internet thing. I've got tons of e-mails to respond to and a shit load of stuff to Review, so I'm just gonna jump on my soap box and announce a few things that I want to bring to your attention. In case you didn't know, the Green Day Gig Review is up (click here to read it) and I posted 138 Pictures that I took at the show (click here to check them out). I also posted the Nirvana box set review, along with some words about the latest from Infested and The Wastrels. You can click here to check those out. The Dirty Babies are playing tonight, and I hope that no one goes up on stage and kills them while they're playing. All kidding aside, I had no love for Pantera or Damageplan, and besides the strangeness of the event, I don't see what the big deal is. Where was all this media attention when Johnny Ramone passed away? If he would of been shot on stage while playing would it have received half as much attention as this Dimebag Darrell shooting? I don't think so. Anyways, my condolences go out to his family and stuff. I met him twice. He seemed like a drunken hessian. I had no problems with him. He was a nice guy. Someone asked me about my new banner the other day, and I'd like to run something by all of you. Those pictures I used to make up the background of the banner all sort of point out an aspect of my personality. I must of done it subliminally, because I didn't notice it until after I posted it up. The first picture of me is easy, the last picture of my dog is even easier. But the rest? That's where you come in. I've got a $25 Best Buy Gift Card (courtesy of the nice people at Geffen Records - it came with my Nirvana box set! lol) that I'd love to give to one of you as a Christmas gift, so I propose this - the person who can come up with the best explanation / guess as to what those pictures say about me, or how they represent what kind of a person I am, will win the Gift Card. Me and Debra have come up with 5 different perfect answers, and the person who comes closest to one of those explanations will win the card. In the case of a tie each person will receive a $25 Gift Card. To enter the contest just drop me a line here and you'll be in the running. The Infested Show Review is up (click here to read it) as well as a shit load of Pictures of the band I took that night (click here to check them out)... 2 funerals in one week has me wiped out, so this is gonna be short and sweet. Thanks to everyone (and I do mean everyone) who sent me all the e-mails. They were most appreciated. Everything will be back to normal shortly. Life goes on. Blah blah blah...
