I think calling that asshat a 'DJ' was the biggest crime of all! 😋 But seriously, in case you haven't heard, or formed an opinion about, or cut all ties with, or the ever painful, unfriended from social media like everyone else here in the Las Vegas Music Scene has apparently, good ol' Allen Miller, aka DJ Style (real original name there dooshbag), a DJ celebrated by the know-nothing desperately clinging to their youth ass kissing hipsters who write for the Las Vegas Weekly as a DJ who plays "deep cuts" 🤣, well that POS was arrested early in December by federal officials for allegedly watching child porn, allegedly having child porn on his computer, and for allegedly making child porn with family members and allegedly sharing said child porn on the internet. My lawyer told me to put the 'allegedly' word in, and that's why he gets the big big bucks. 😉 Yeah, never liked Allen, my circle of friends all did, and I now regret that said circle of friends kept me from slapping him silly one drunken night at Scarlet just for general principles. BTW, funny how Morpheus is now taking credit for EVERYTHING about that club, its creation, name, success, everything. Reminds me of what that scumbag Moss did with the Double Clown after Scott passed away, and is still doing today, but I digress. I stopped going to Scarlet because all they played there is stuff you'd hear on any bands Greatest Hits release. It was always Spellbound or Dear Prudence from Siouxsie And The Banshees, Just Like Heaven or Love Cats from The Cure, Love Will Tell Us Apart from Joy Division and that godawful Du... Du Has... Du Has Mich song from Rammstein that he played once every 2 hours. Ugh. Fuck that guy. I hope he's getting some allegedly well deserved prison justice wherever he's at because he allegedly deserves all that and a whole lot more. Allegedly.

I grew up with Allen in Far Rockaway NY. He was very gentle and was bullied daily in the neighborhood and at school. I don't think he ever had a physical fight in his entire life, as far as fighting back goes. He had 2 younger brothers, one who ate the gun many years ago. I sent him a facebook request less than a year before he got busted. I was very impressed with his numerous pictures what seemed to be an awesome Vegas nightlife scene. I had no idea if he was gay or straight and minded my business. A few months later, his facebook was deactivated when he got busted. There was always something very off about the guy besides the obvious, but as far as the child molester thing goes, I never had a clue...

Hi. I came across this article on a random Google of Allen Warren Miller.
I agree with just about everything you said here. On the 16th of February, 2022, DJ style, (I mean Phile,) was sentenced to 97 months in federal prison and an additional 15 years of supervised release. That bottom feeder will never return to a normal life.

I never could figure out why the Las Vegas Weekly kept awarding him for his DJ work, because it was lackluster at best. All he did was ride on the coattails of successful promoters like Rawkers and yes, Scarlet. Like you, I screamed at him many times at Scarlet for playing the same shit over and over and over, multiple times per night. And I was his best friend. I knew him for 30 years. Well, I thought I knew him. As a friend, he was loyal, a great drinking buddy , a good ear and could be depended on for just about anything. (Thank God I never needed a babysitter.) His arrest came more as a shock to me then to anyone else on the scene.

I was there with Miller and Morpheus when they started Scarlet and I will tell you this. It was all Morpheus. He came up with the concept, the name, the flyer, negotiated the venue, booked bands and guest DJs and did all the marketing. Miller was just along for the ride. All he did was make social media posts which I had to spell check every time and of course DJ'd. The only time he played"deep cuts" is when I requested them. He contributed nothing. I'm not saying this out of anger, it is the absolute truth.

In his plea agreement, it states that he received the equivalent of 5772 images across several different devices. In total, 897 images and 65 videos of child pornography was recovered off of all his electronics. There is also circumstantial evidence that he molested a family member. I don't need to say "allegedly" because this is taken directly off of court documents.

I'm making it my personal mission to see that everyone knows the truth. Meanwhile, I'm scraping the dog crap off of my shoes and hoping he gets some prison justice.

@Trudell Artiglere- I'd like to know more about the circumstantial evidence you mention stating that Allen had molested a family member. Would you provide more detail, like a website? Thanks!

You've just opened yourself up to a libel lawsuit. Let me explain.

Law Enforcement (FBI, Metro, etc.) will provide any and all evidence they obtain to the District Attorney. The DA will then provide said evidence via court documents detailing said evidence to the Judge and/or a Grand Jury to determine whether the defendant's case should go to trial.

At trial, a defendant is always presumed innocent until proven guilty. The "evidence" that Law Enforcement provides to the DA doesn't mean anything unless said "evidence" is ultimately used to convict the defendant.

Now, Allen chose to plead guilty to a very specific set of circumstances that did not include the allegations of which you spoke. In other words, the so-called "evidence" you cite wasn't included to convict him.

You should've read the judgment prior to proclaiming statements of what you believed to be facts. In a court of law, facts can only be determined in court. That might have prompted you to perhaps use the word "alleged[ly]" instead of insisting that what you stated was the unequivocal truth.

And that leaves you open to a libel suit. The (in my opinion) douchebag who wrote the initial article even knew he had to include the word "allegedly". Perhaps you should've consulted (in my opinion) douchebag's lawyer.

hahahaha this dooshbags lawyers are readily available to anyone who allegedly commited libel to someone knitpicking over evidence and who's taking the high moral road for a convicted receiver of child porn. 😋

LOL imagine taking that much time to defend someone who just pled guilty to a heinous crime. He allegedly didn’t molest anyone good to know thanks for the update. I’m sure whoever posted that is very concerned about an incoming “libel lawsuit” from a guy in federal prison once he gets out in 8 years and finds this post. Clown

Thank you. I'm not the least bit concerned that mr. Miller is going to come at me with a libel lawsuit. I was his best friend for 30 years and I will tell you that I believe he did it. Read the court records. Seems some Anonymous child being touched by someone in a series of had the exact same dress and lived in the same house with the exact same furniture as his niece
