OK, the bad news is that Aluminum Falcon is no longer playing the Cowtown Guitars Grand Re-Opening party going down tonight for First Friday. The reason why is that a special permit is needed for Bands to play, a permit  that takes 60 days to go into effect and costs a pretty penny as well, so yeah, no bands playing tonight, but, the good news is, you can still come down and have some beer and cake with everyone and to help celebrate Cowtown's new location and to wish the Amoroso's the best of Luck with this, their new Life changing endeavor. And oh yeah, in case you missed it, Jesse was on Fox 5 News yesterday talking about the whole thing. Here's the video of it. I guess you gotta click on it or something... heh heh

So yeah, see ya there tonight. DJ Rex Dart will be spinning tunes, there's a keg of PBR that needs killing, and there's a Les Paul shaped cake!!! <3

The smell of Tres Flores is thick in the air. There's something going on this weekend that involves Dooshbags of both sexes converging somewhere for something, but I can't remember what it is, or why I should care... heh heh heh Yeah, Viva is in town - you've been warned. I'm going to try to avoid that shit like the plague. Check out this cool movie about Bettie Page that's premiering there though. This might be the only reason I go to that damn thing this year.

The fucking Blasters are opening up for Tiger Army this Sat. @ the House of Boooooo's, which is a such a travesty it's nauseating. I'd love to see the Blasters but I doubt I'd survive for long in that crowd... heh. Instead, I'll just wait for the almighty Gwar / Municipal Waste gig happening on Monday. That, my friends, is going to be SICK!!! See ya there!
